Payment Options:
Therapy Fees
Attainable Family Solutions currently uses an income-based sliding fee scale from $90 to $165 per session. The exact fee may also depend on the clinician, service or program.
Anger-management group pricing and court-related programs may use a different structure. Confirm your fee, any intake charge and the expected program cost before scheduling.
Private Pay & Insurance
The practice is private pay. We do not accept insurance, submit insurance claims or provide out-of-network billing.
Private pay keeps treatment decisions between the client and clinician rather than tying the number or type of appointments to an insurance company's authorization rules.
HSA & Payment Methods
HSA payments and major payment cards are accepted. The website also currently displays cash and check as available payment methods. Confirm the method you plan to use when scheduling.
What Happens When You Call
Dwayne personally fields new-client calls whenever possible. He will ask what brings you to counseling, who may attend, whether the service is voluntary or required and what scheduling needs you have.
He can then explain current availability, the applicable fee, intake paperwork and which clinician or service appears to be the best starting point. If he is in session, leave your name, number, general service requested, best callback time and whether the practice may identify itself in a return voicemail.
Your First Appointment
Bring completed intake forms, identification or payment information and any notes that help explain the concern and goals. The first appointment focuses on understanding the situation, assessing fit and beginning a clear treatment target.
Most clients begin with the 5-Session Reset, but the exact plan depends on the client, clinician and service.
In-Person Counseling & Telehealth
In-person counseling is available at 1858 Paseo San Luis, Suite D, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. Telehealth may be available depending on the clinician, service and the client's physical location at the time of the appointment.
Call to confirm whether in-person or telehealth care is appropriate and available for your situation.
Court or Third-Party Referrals
If a court, probation officer, diversion program, attorney, employer or other third party referred you, bring the complete written requirement and the referring contact information before enrollment.
Services, required hours, formats and documentation are not interchangeable. We must verify whether the available program matches the written requirement.
Confidentiality & Urgent Needs
Confidentiality, records and legal limits are reviewed during intake. Ask before scheduling if another person or organization expects information, documentation or participation.
Established clients may contact Dwayne for brief urgent support when appropriate. This is not 24-hour crisis coverage and does not replace emergency care. If you cannot remain safe, call 911, call or text 988, or go to an emergency department.
